Our Requirements:

At PREPWORKS, we believe that teaching excellence is the key to student success. We ensure that our instructors are the best in a number of ways.

• Tangible Requirements: All instructors must score in the 95th percentile on the SAT or ACT exams, which translates into a 2280 SAT score and a 34 ACT score.
• Intangible Requirements: While “knowing your stuff” is necessary in order to be a good instructor, an engaging personality and an effective teaching style are equally important. To ensure the prevalence of these crucial intangible elements, all potential instructors must undergo a rigorous interview process and one-on-one lesson simulation.
• Training: Once hired, instructors undergo a 50+ hour training process. However, the training does not end there. At PREPWORKS, we have a commitment to consistent instructor development. Due to our ongoing training model, our instructors remain in-tune with the trends and changes in the dynamic process of secondary school and college preparation.
• Professionalism: Our instructors adhere to the highest personal responsibility and respect standards.
